I took my favorite sneakers here for a cleaning and minor repair, and I was really pleased with the result. The staff was nice and efficient, getting my shoes back to me in just a couple of days. I had a fantastic experience at this shoe repair shop! I went in with a pair of dress shoes that had a heel that was completely worn down, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to wear them again. The staff was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and they even suggested some additional treatments to preserve the leather. The new heel they put on looks amazing and matches perfectly. They also cleaned my shoes, which was a lovely surprise! What impressed me most was the level of customer service; they made me feel valued and welcomed. The shop has a nice atmosphere, and you can tell they take pride in their work. If I had to find something to improve on, it might be the waiting area, which is a bit small, but honestly, the quality of service makes it worth the wait. I can't say enough good things about my experience! I brought in a pair of leather shoes that had seen better days, and I was genuinely surprised by the transformation. They were scuffed and faded, but after the repair, they looked almost showroom ready. The staff really knows their stuff and were super accommodating with my requests. I thought the price was very fair for the quality of work provided. One thing to keep in mind is that they get busy, so it’s best to drop by early in the day if you can.
